 All sales are considered final unless an error has occurred on our end.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products or services purchased from Bev's Crafty Studio, except in cases where an error has been made on our part.

We do our best to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but if you receive a damaged or defective product due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible to sales@bevscraftystudio.com & include your name and order number, now if the order was damaged in transit, please contact shipping carrier to issue claim or route package protection (if applicable)
